Thank you for a great treadmill buying experience!  When I began the treadmill buying process, I knew that I needed a commercial grade piece of equipment. Essentially, I needed a treadmill that could handle the punishment of running many miles faster than 8 mph (7:30 pace) and speed work sessions at 10 mph (6:00 pace).   My experience has demonstrated that I couldn’t buy a typical home brand piece of equipment, but I also couldn’t spend the $7000 that a new commercial grade treadmill would cost.  The solution, buy a previously owned and refurbished gym quality treadmill.  This added the whole new concern of spending $1500 - $2000 with some unknown company across the country that I didn’t know for sure could provide solid used equipment with a warranty that they would stand behind.

Christian at Absolute Fitness spent the time on the phone with me helping me feel comfortable with my purchase and even giving guidance on best purchase for my needs and price range.   The treadmill was delivered in great condition to my garage.  Well, it just happened that I had a problem with it.  After a few weeks of use the main control board blew.  Wendy and Christian were very willing to help me troubleshoot the problem and then get me a new board installed.   It was clearly important to them that my problem get fixed and I get back to using my new treadmill.

I’ve been using the treadmill for a couple months now.  In fact, just yesterday I used it for a 14 mile training run to avoid a cold rainy day outside.  Like expected, the treadmill handled the 14 miles at 8 mph (7:30 pace) like a dream.
