But Precor User-Defined Motion equipment is different. Featuring a dual-independent rather than single-weight stack system, users get real, dedicated resistance with true isolateral movements. Actions on one side of the body are independent from the other; meaning every muscle gets its own workout. What's more, it's the only dual-weight stack that can be adjusted from the seated position. It's an entire strength line engineered to move the way you move, and perform precisely the way it should.

User defined path allows freedom of movement "pressing" overhead. The users natural path generally reduces shoulder strain which can be caused by a fixed motion path. Dual weight stacks provide for independent exercise. The dual weight stack increments are small allowing users of all fitness levels to use the machine. Custom made strap handles have several attachment positions and oversized handles to make pressing exercises more comfortable by spreading the load over a larger area of the user's hand. The combination of seat and handle adjustments means a broad range of user heights can be accommodated. The profile is small and aesthetically pleasing. Footprint approximates the actual working space of the movement. The back of the unit is virtually flush for space efficiency. The dual weight stack frames are angled slightly so that multiple units can nest in a relatively small space.
